Updated in-person participation requirements:

The IMDC organizing committee has recently received updated security procedures from the conference venue as they pertain to in-person participation. As this conference is being held in a Netherlands Royal Navy location, stricter security procedures are in place. Unfortunately, these updated procedures will have a significant impact on some of our planned attendees and authors, so please read this message carefully.

Unfortunately, under the new procedures, in-person participation at IMDC 2024 is not possible for individuals from the following countries:

• Belarus
• China
• Iran
• Myanmar
• North Korea
• Russia
• Syria
• Venezuela

For authors impacted by this decision, we are offering one of the three options:

• Option 1: Present your paper virtually and publish your paper in the conference proceedings.
• Option 2: Publish your paper in the IMDC proceedings without a presentation. The paper will still go through the same scientific review process as all other papers and will be included in the final indexed conference proceedings and assigned a DOI.
• Option 3: Withdraw your planned paper.
